It's Wednesday again --- time for some more family-friendly recipes.
My offering this time is just plain fun. I figured, with the Super Bowl coming up, anyone could us this!
Mini Pizzas
Toasted English muffins, Ragu Pizza Quick Sauce, Pepperoni slices, Shredded mozzarella, and any other pizza toppings you enjoy!
Split and toast the English muffins. Spread pizza sauce on and cover with cheese, pepperoni, or other toppings. Place them on a baking sheet in a preheated 350 oven until cheese melts.
These are fun and easy, and the boys love them because they're finger food!

Happy eating!

Hey Laura! Thanks for coming to visit my blog, it is so nice to meet you :) I can see that you have lots for me to look at on your blog, I'll have to grab a cuppa and spend some time here!
Mini Pizzas made with English muffins is a regular for lunch here at our house. My dd13 is quite adept at making them for us :)It is such a quick, easy and tasty lunch, isn't it.

My boys used to LOVE making their own mini pizzas! Those were the days!
Karen and I love the Well-fed Wednesday idea! We'll be joining you next week from The Executive Mom. By the way, I'm an outnumbered Mom too: six sons and a husband.
Sounds good and pretty easy to make!
Thanks for visiting me on my SITS day!
Oh, I forgot about those. I'll be watching the game. GOOO Saints!
Used to make something similar with home made spaghetti sauce on Hamburger buns;we called them Pizza Burgers and my boys gobbled them up.
